A HIP must be provided by the seller or the seller’s agent and be available on the first day that a property is marketed. It must contain at least the following information:
- Index
- Property information questionnaire
- PEA or EPC
- Sustainability information for new dwellings
- Sale statement
- Evidence of title
Many of the HIP’s we produce are for developments that we have already been involved with during the various construction and assessment stages. This allows us to quickly gather the information that we need and supply the HIP at very competitive fee levels. |
